This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The evaluation criteria is as follows: The lowest priced quote shall be evaluated for conformance to the solicitation and technical approval. If the quote conforms to the solicitation and it is deemed to be technically capable of fulfilling the government need, it shall be selected for award. If the quote does not conform and/or is not deemed technically capable to fulfill the government need, the next lowest priced quote shall be evaluated in the same manner. This selection process shall continue until a quote that conforms to the solicitation and is deemed technically capable to fulfill the government need is selected for award.
