This contract is for the procurement of seven electronic clinical human thermometer kits for the Department of Defense, specifically for delivery to Camp Pendleton. Each kit must feature a digital, battery-powered thermometer with a predictive mode and a temperature range between 89.6 and 107.6 degrees Fahrenheit. The devices must operate on a 1.55 VDC button battery providing 200 hours of continuous use and include a wallet-type holder and five plastic probe covers for oral and auxiliary temperature readings. The supplier must adhere to strict packaging and marking standards, ensuring each unit is in a sealed container and shipped in commercial exterior packaging to prevent damage. All materials must be marked according to Medical Marking Standard No. 1. The acquisition is subject to DLA master technical and quality requirements, including specific packaging and government identification removal protocols. Delivery is required within five days after receipt of the order.
