THH - MRI & X-RAY Replacement QS

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a contract to Castons Consulting Limited for the provision of Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services related to the MRI and X-Ray Replacement project. This agreement was facilitated through a direct award under the NHS SBS Framework SBS10190, Lot 4. The scope of work for Quantity Surveying spans RIBA Stages 3 through 7, encompassing cost planning, tender documentation and evaluation, cost reporting, valuations, variations, and the agreement of the final account. Additionally, the provider will deliver Contract Administration services from RIBA Stages 5 through 7, focusing on progress meetings, action tracking, and change control.
