The primary objective of this engagement is to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to determine the most viable location for a new sanitary landfill, evaluating two potential sites situated in the southern region of the island. This federal project is located in the Caribbean and was officially posted on October 21, 2026. The selection process followed a Quality and Cost Based Selection method to ensure the most qualified consultancy is chosen to assess the environmental and technical feasibility of the proposed waste management infrastructure.
