A minimum of four in-person meetings with the Mitigation Council and public stakeholders is required, alongside active involvement in refining mitigation goals and proposing projects. The contract is structured as a one-year initial term with the possibility of three additional one-year renewals at MEMA’s discretion, with performance to occur entirely within Mississippi.
