Existing buildings and new construction will be considered. Space must be located within the delineated area below: North: GA State Road 154 (Cambellton Road/Lakewood Freeway - Langford Pky.) South: I-75 and GA State Road 85 East: GA State Road138 (Jonesboro Road) West: GA State Road 70 (Fulton Industrial Blvd) Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. A new construction site will require a 20-foot setback from the building to the curb or other boundary. On-site parking must meet/or exceed local code. At least 119 parking spaces must be commercially available on-site for employees and visitors. The location should be accessible by public transportation. All offered space must be contiguous within the building. Space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire and life safety and be capable of being fully handicapped accessible.
