Full Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source contract to CDW Government LLC in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Acquisition is for a video teleconference upgrade to existing network switching system for IP networks, annual ISEC-IPDC software update Subscription Plan, parts, and extended warranty for existing secure/non-secure network. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517110 and the size standard is 1,500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for seven (7) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government by submitting a capability statement to the point of contacts below. If no affirmative written response is received by 4:00 pm CST, 16 March 2017, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract is based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
