This Notice is for Sources Sought only. This is not a request for proposal or invitation for BID. The U.S Agency for International Development (USAID) in Haiti solicits a Market Availability Information statement from all qualified firms relating to typical heavy equipment commonly utilized in debris and rubble removal. This includes : (100) Dump Truck 18 m3 (12) Excavator 22t (2 each) Attachments to excavator: concrete crusher, rebar cutter, hammer drill. (5) Wheel Loader 5m3 (5) Track loader 2 @ 3 m3 (5) Lowboy and Tractor Numbers in parenthesis are minimum needed for each type of equipment. In addition, USAID/Haiti is seeking sources for the following: Bull Dozers, Jack Hammers, Loaders, Roller compacters. The equipment must be deployable within five days of an award. Firms are requested to provide their currently available capacities by e-mail to Launa Lherisson (llherisson@uaid.gov) and Sunil Xavier (Sxavier@usaid.gov) by July 2, 2010.
