The Department of Defense's DLA Land Warren office is soliciting offers for the procurement of three base stations, identified under Solicitation Number SPRDL1-26-R-0023. The contract covers a firm-fixed-price purchase with a basic quantity of 15 units and an option to increase quantity by up to 15 additional units. These base stations are packaged to MIL B standards and shipped FOB destination. This procurement is restricted exclusively to Pearson Engineering Limited (CAGE K0824) and their authorized distributors; no other sources will be considered. There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) currently held by the government, and access to any future TDP is strictly controlled under the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP), requiring proper certification to gain access once the TDP is made available. The solicitation is expected to post around May 1, 2026, with responses due by June 10, 2026. It includes a provision for a potential reverse auction pricing technique, which will be conducted only if the contracting officer decides to hold one after solicitation closure. Participating contractors must register for the reverse auction system and complete online training prior to participation. Interested vendors are encouraged to follow the notice on SAM.gov and add their company information to the Interested Vendors List. The procurement falls under NAICS code 336992 and PSC code 2590, with all inquiries directed to the primary contract point of contact at DLA Land Warren. Export control measures and certification are rigorously enforced due to the sensitive nature of the equipment.
