Solicitation # N6264926QH050
Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka is soliciting quotes for the delivery and installation of a prefabricated, insulated modular office unit at Naval Base Guam, specifically within Building 3179. This 100 percent small business set-aside under NAICS code 332311 requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and transportation to assemble a pre-wired administrative structure. The scope of work is divided into two firm-fixed-price line items: the first for the modular warehouse office itself and the second for interior furnishings, including four desks, four ergonomic chairs, and two 18,000 BTU wall-mounted air conditioning units. All work must be completed by November 30, 2026, and must adhere to ADA, OSHA, and NFPA 70 electrical standards. The procurement process is governed by a technical-heavy evaluation where technical capability and past performance are considered more important than price. Key evaluation factors include the ability of the modular unit to fit through a 12 by 14 foot doorway and the feasibility of the delivery and access plan. Proposals must be submitted electronically by September 25, 2026, and must be organized into a technical volume and a price proposal volume, including a detailed pricing breakdown in Excel. Amendment 0001 updated the Performance Work Statement, and all offerors must acknowledge this change in their final proposals. Payment will be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.

xTech|Disrupt Fires
Solicitation # 10710
The U.S. Army FUZE xTech Program is conducting the xTech|Disrupt Fires competition to identify innovative, low-cost, medium-range interceptors for cruise missiles and uncrewed aerial systems. The goal is to develop an integrated missile system featuring an All-Up Round and modular canister design compatible with the Integrated Fires Protection Capability Increment 2 launcher. The system must be lethal against advanced fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and cruise missile threats and must integrate with the Sentinel A4 radar and the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System. This initiative is open to U.S.-based for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including both small and large businesses, provided they are not federal or foreign government entities. The competition is structured in three phases: an initial call for three-page concept white papers, semifinal technology pitches at the 2026 AUSA Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., and a final live demonstration at a government testing facility in late 2027. A total prize pool of 20 million dollars is available, with up to four finalists receiving 1 million dollars each and up to four winners receiving an additional 4 million dollars each. Beyond the cash prizes, the competition serves as a down-select mechanism to transition promising technologies into the field through various follow-on acquisition pathways, such as Other Transaction Authority or prototype projects. Participants must be able to obtain a CAGE code and demonstrate the capability to process classified government materials, including cleared personnel and facilities, by November 2026.
