Nature of Requirements:
TIC3 Air Project aims to modernize the current Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) voice, data, and video communication infrastructure and provide additional data link communication infrastructure to enable effective battlespace management and provide increased situational awareness. These multipurpose capabilities will allow the Air Force the flexibility to respond to a variety of circumstances across a spectrum of activity and conflict including:
humanitarian assistance disaster relief peacekeeping domestic, joint/combined and expeditionary missions The Department of National Defense has a requirement for the procurement of Systems and Subsystems for Deployable Tactical Data Link (TDL) Ground Entry Point (GEP), including five (05) years In-Service-Support, as described in Annex A and Annex B of this document.
Delivery Date: 01/01/2025
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
