Nature of Requirements:
The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) has a requirement to update its Tactical Data Link (TDL) infrastructure and install Ground Entry Points (GEP) at various strategic locations across Canada. As part of the TIC3 Air Project there is a need for shelters to house electronic communication systems and be ability to withstand the harsh climatic conditions of Canada’s northern environment. Taking advantage of analytical and engineering work already done by other elements of the CAF, TIC3 Air determined that a MSVS V6 Shelter or equivalent is the right fit for service for the CAF’s modernization of its TDL capabilities.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
