Full Description

The purpose of this Agreement is to acquire qualified personnel, experienced with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (“FEMA”) Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) programs, to assist the FDEM Mitigation Bureau with Technical Unit support for open grants. Work under this Agreement will support the State in completing the Engineering and Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) reviews of sub-applications, providing technical assistance to sub-applicants as needed, and reviewing deliverables prior to project closeout.
