These programs include, but not limited to the following: Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HME) Threat Assessment Program, the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) Program, Aviation Workers Program, Alien Flight Student Program (AFSP), General Aviation, and the TSA Pre? Application Program. The Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT) Act was enacted on October 25, 2001. This communication may advise the status of enrollment, require the applicant to submit additional documentation to OIA Programs and/or Adjudication Center, and answer any program specific questions that applicants may have.
