Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this sources sought, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this sources sought, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


1. INTRODUCTION. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $19M. This notice is issued for market analysis purposes only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides.


No awards will be made from this announcement. No solicitation is available at this time; therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for the future acquisition.


2. SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT. F. E. Warren AFB,  is conducting market research to identify potential small business sources—including 8(a), veteran-owned small business (VOSB), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), HUBZone small business, small disadvantage business (SDB), and women-owned small business (WOSB) concerns—with the capacity and technical capability necessary to successfully perform the Time Domain Multiplexing (TDM) Phone Switch Removal services in accordance with pertinent directives, to support operations on F. E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne WY. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and services necessary to decommission, remove and dispose of the Dial Central Office (DCO) telephone switch and remote switch system along with supporting equipment at F.E. Warren AFB.


All interested parties are invited to provide comments on the attached draft Performance Work Statement and to submit any questions they may have regarding the requirement. All comments and questions need to be submitted electronically via email.
