The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a fixed price purchase order, on a sole source basis, to Bauer (CAGE 70882) for the procurement of approximately one (1) Tire Inflator and Safety Cage (NSN 4910-01-513-2979, P/N: 5871-102) in support for the V-22 Osprey Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (GOJ/JGSDF) MV-22B Block C Tiltrotor Aircraft Program under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cases JA-P-QML.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
