This combined synopsis/ solicitation is in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located at 1300 W. Richey Avenue, Artesia, New Mexico, intends to award a firm-fixed purchase order for Tires, P235-55-R17, 300 Each, and P225-60-R18, 300 Each. Tires must be no less than 97V rated, high temperature, police pursuit tires. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Each offeror is required to enter into https://orca.bpn.gov/ its certifications and representation required by provision FAR 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items. FAR Clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
