Tirrell Building Cafeteria Upgrade: Cafeteria Furniture

The contract for the Norwich Free Academy Cafeteria Upgrade Project involves the delivery, assembly, and installation of specified cafeteria furniture as outlined in Exhibit B. The vendor is responsible for coordinating all logistics to adhere to the project schedule, with all furniture deliveries required on August 20, 2026, unless a different date is approved in writing by NFA. Installation must occur in the designated locations within the cafeteria; if construction issues arise, NFA will provide alternate temporary placement sites. Early deliveries or storage of materials before the scheduled date will not result in compensation, and vendors must obtain written approval for any deviations. Access to the cafeteria includes elevator service from grade level, but vendors must manage the transport of oversized items down one flight of stairs if needed. Upon project completion, vendors are obligated to remove all packaging and debris. The solicitation is managed by the Connecticut DAS Procurement agency, with Nathan Quesnel as the primary contact.
