The Norwich Free Academy Cafeteria Upgrade Project includes the delivery, assembly, and installation of cafeteria furniture identified in Exhibit B. The awarded vendor shall coordinate all delivery and installation activities to meet the project schedule. All furniture deliveries shall occur on August 20, 2026, unless otherwise approved in writing by NFA. Furniture shall be installed in the locations shown in Exhibit B. If construction conditions prevent installation in designated areas, NFA will identify alternate locations within the cafeteria for temporary placement or installation. Vendors will not be compensated for storage of materials prior to the scheduled delivery date, and early deliveries will not be accepted without written authorization. Elevator access is available from grade level to the cafeteria; however, vendors are responsible for transporting oversized items down one flight of stairs if necessary. Vendors shall remove all packaging and debris upon completion.
