The 30th Contracting Squadron at Vandenberg SFB, CA, is seeking sources for a combined commercial supply and service requirement to furnish Titan Dorm (Building 13135) and other designated buildings. The procurement includes the delivery and installation of 88 Twin XL bunkable bedframes made of solid hardwood or veneer and 88 firm, reversible Twin XL innerspring mattresses that comply with 16 CFR Parts 1632 and 1633. The scope of work also requires the de-installation and transport of 44 existing Full XL bedframes and mattresses to a base warehouse, as well as the complete removal and off-base disposal of all packing debris. A critical constraint of this project is the lack of elevators in Building 13135, requiring all items to be manually carried via stairwells. The project follows a strict timeline, with full building access starting October 1, 2026, a target completion date of November 16, 2026, and a mandatory final completion deadline of December 4, 2026. All work must adhere to the California Building Code, UFAS, ADAAG, and EPA guidelines, with a one-year warranty required on all furnishings. This is a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 337121, and interested vendors must provide a capability statement confirming their ability to meet the technical specifications, logistics constraints, and the mandatory completion date.
