State/local procurement requirements: KIPP Tulsa will consider multi-year and 1-year agreements with voluntary extension options. It is the intent of KIPP Tulsa to procure goods or services that may be adjusted for the addition of new sites, relocation of sites, or adjustments to the quantity and/ or capacity, in accordance with the terms of any resulting contract or service agreement. Companies submitting proposals must have obtained a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) assigned by the Universal Service Administrative Company prior to providing a proposal for this work. All bids must clearly show eligible and ineligible costs.
