To obtain professional services and contractor cost proposals to perform preventive maintenance services to maintain fuel storage and dispensing systems in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition for the U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad compound. The resultant contract will be a fixed price per month type contract for standard services that have been satisfactorily performed. The Contractor shall perform services in designated spaces. Prices for all Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLIN) shall include proper disposal of toxic substances as per Item 8.3 where applicable. No additional sums will be payable for any escalation in the cost of materials, equipment or labor, exchange rate fluctuations, or because of the contractor's failure to properly estimate or accurately predict the cost or difficulty of achieving the results required. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award once the awardee passes a 90-day probationary period and four option years.
