The State of Hawaii Judiciary (Judiciary) is requesting competitive sealed proposals from interested parties who possess experience in providing clean and sober housing. The Contractor shall furnish a clean and sober bed space/s to persons who are referred by the Adult Client Services Branch (ACSB). Services shall be provided on the Island of Oahu. The Judiciary will contract with a contractor capable of furnishing clean and sober housing for male ACSB clients. Period of availability: The Judiciary anticipates awarding contracts with an initial term of nine months starting January 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, with the possibility of an extension of up to one (1) additional 12-month period. All State funds are contingent on appropriation, and all Federal funds are contingent on the awarding of grant funds. Any extension of the grant period would need to be approved by the grantor. This Request for Proposal (RFP) details the requirements of the Judiciary, including the General Conditions, and Special Provisions that must be adhered to by Offerors. The instructions for submitting a proposal are intended to assist qualified Contractors interested in preparing proposals to conduct the work described in the RFP.
