TOC in a BOX - Tactical Transit Case

A single tactical transit case, designated as TOC in a BOX, is being solicited to establish a mobile, secure tactical operations center with encrypted radio communications capabilities. The case measures 25 inches wide by 20 inches long by 12 inches high and weighs 52.8 pounds without batteries, radios, or modules. It is manufactured in the United States and built with an aerospace-grade carbon fiber monocoque structure derived from a single mold, ensuring maximum durability and strength. The case meets MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 standards, is IP67 rated with an O-ring seal and pressure equalization valve, and is designed for deployment in extreme environments with an operating temperature range of -10 to 50 degrees Celsius and storage up to 85 degrees Celsius. It includes a dedicated bay for L3Harris manpack radios models 117G, 158, 160, and 167, five modular slots for integrating additional handheld radios such as the AN/PRC-152A and AN/PRC-163, amplifiers, MANET, or Tactical Data Links, and a built-in 600W uninterruptible power supply. The case features dual heavy-duty plastic wheels, a retractable extension handle, and top and bottom handles for mobility. Two AC outputs are provided for external equipment, and the unit comes with three years of integrated support.
