Tongass National Forest IT Infrastructure Upgrades

The contract aims to upgrade IT infrastructure to extend Agency Dedicated Internet (ADI) service to all eligible systems and users across multiple facilities on various Ranger Districts within the Tongass National Forest in Alaska. The procurement involves the acquisition of specialized IT hardware and supplies including 12U cabinets and wall mount racks, multiple ratings of uninterruptible and emergency power supplies ranging from 200W to 700W, fiber optic cables in various lengths and types including aerial and standard variants, fiber point of entry assemblies, Ethernet patch cables in white and blue, and installation tools such as fish sticks and wire pulling tapes. All items are to be delivered FOB Destination to the USDA Forest Service Tongass NF Ketchikan Area Federal Building in Ketchikan, Alaska. The acquisition is structured as a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order and is exclusively reserved for small businesses under a Total Small Business Set-Aside as defined by FAR 19.5. Offerors must comply with extensive federal regulations including whistleblower protections, prohibitions on internal confidentiality agreements, cybersecurity and security representation clauses, equal opportunity requirements for veterans and workers with disabilities, anti-human trafficking mandates, and representations regarding delinquent tax liabilities and inverted domestic corporations.
