The purpose of this purchase is to upgrade equipment to extend Agency Dedicated Internet (ADI) service to all systems and users requiring the service, throughout multiple facilities on multiple Ranger Districts on the Tongass National Forest (TNF), Alaska.

The purpose of the amendment, A0001, is to:
1. extend off due date to 22 Jun 2026, 1200 Alaska time
2. add equal to salient characteristics document
3. respond to industry questions.
4. all other terms and conditions remain the same.
