Award decisions are based on a lowest price technically acceptable criterion, with detailed consideration given to offeror capabilities, quality controls, reputation, and production capacity. Electronic invoicing and payment administration are conducted through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. Point of contact personnel are designated for contracting support and invoice submission assistance.
