Total Aircraft Wash System (TAWS)

This is a notice of intent to procure a single source contract with Riveer Environmental Inc, 233 Veterans Blvd, South Haven MI 49090 for the purchase of One (1) Total Aircraft Wash System (TAWS). Riveer Environmental is a Small business and this procurement is being made under NAICS Code 333999, All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing. The contract will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.301(a) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Riveer Environmental, Inc. the only known vendor who can provide this the Total Aircraft Wash System that meets the specification required for the Kansas Army National Guard Aviation Support Facility in Topeka Kansas. Other small business that believe they can provide a Total Aircraft Wash System that meets the specification required may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Convincing evidence of your ability to provide the specified TAWS and your response to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM CDT, August 30th, 2012. Any notifications should include a price quote for the TAWS that is being proposed as well as information on prior sales of the TAWS including points of contact information for prior customers.
