This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Total Small Business Set-Aside for Custom Machined Parts. 


Request Access to Drawing Files through SAM. Provide CAGE Code when requesting access in SAM.


Please submit your quote on company letterhead as a PDF to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time stated above. Late quotes will not be considered.
Your quote should include the following information:


  • Unit Price: For the specified Custom Machined Parts
  • Shipping Cost: If shipping is not included in the unit price, please provide a separate line item for shipping costs.
  • CAGE Code: Your company's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code.
  • Lead Time: Estimated delivery timeframe after receipt of order.
