This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full specifications) to terra.s.roberts.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Wednesday 9 July 2026 11:00 a.m. Central Time. The Government will not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote. Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Terms are NET 30 Days. If shipping is not included in the price please include a line item for shipping. Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) required is Level 1 –this must be completed prior to Award.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures for routine preventive maintenance and repair support on low speed vehicles (LSV’s) currently in use as well as vehicles that will be procured for use on NSWC PCD. Preventive maintenance shall be performed twice per year to ensure equipment is running properly, avoiding costly downtime and extending the life cycle of the equipment. This procurement will before one base year and up to two option years. Destination- Panama City Beach, FL 32407.
