IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4):


(i) The 424 ABS is seeking the procurement and installation of FAA-compliant, retractable tinted window shades for the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower Cab. The specific technical specifications for the shades and installation are attached.


(ii) In accordance with RFO12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is being published on the Government Point of Entry to document the requirement. The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) selection process.
