The Town of Coaldale (the “Town”) is inviting qualified contractors (the “Proponent”) to provide non-binding offers for the construction of the 2026 Sewer Lining Project (the “Project”). The scope of work includes lining approximately 670m of existing 200mm diameter sanitary sewer pipe with Cured-In-Place piping. This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) outlines the scope of services and deliverables required; the process for submission and evaluation of proposals, and subsequent award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the RFQ and the Contract; and standard quotation submission forms for the Project.
