The Town of Cupar is inviting sealed tenders from qualified and insured roofing contractors to complete repairs to the roof of the Cupar Town Hall. Scope of Work The successful contractor shall supply all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the following work: •Remove and replace all existing roof screws with 3/8" roofing screws. •Remove and replace any damaged roof insulation discovered during the repair process. •Repair or replace any damaged roof panels (roof tin) as required. •Dispose of all debris and leave the worksite clean upon completion. The contractor is responsible for providing all labour, materials, equipment, disposal, travel, and any permits required to complete the project. Contractor Requirements The successful bidder must: •Be fully licensed and insured. •Maintain current WCB coverage. •Comply with all Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety regulations. •Provide proof of insurance and WCB coverage upon request. •Include an estimated start date and completion timeline with their tender. •Provide references for similar roofing projects completed within the last five years.
