Scope of Work The successful contractor shall supply all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following work: •Remove existing roof tin, flashings, strapping, trusses (as required), and two sections of eavestrough. •Install new synthetic roof underlayment on the existing roof. •Install fascia board to connect to the existing fascia boards. •Install new white metal soffit and fascia. •Install continuous eavestrough. •Install new roof metal. •Bend and install custom drip edge. •Install foam closures along the bottom eaves to prevent future water infiltration. •Remove all construction debris and leave the site clean upon completion. The contractor is responsible for all labour, materials, equipment, permits (if applicable), disposal, and travel costs necessary to complete the project. Contractor Requirements The successful bidder must: •Be fully licensed and insured. •Carry valid WCB coverage. •Comply with all Saskatchewan Occupational Health and Safety regulations. •Provide proof of insurance upon request. •Include a proposed project start date and estimated completion timeline.
