The Town invites proposals from qualified line painting contractors with demonstrated experience delivering municipal line painting programs. The scope of work includes painted surfaces identified in Schedule A, such as parking lots, roadway lines, crosswalks, and accessible parking stalls. The Town seeks a qualified proponent with the expertise and capacity to meet its annual line painting requirements in advance of the peak tourism season, during which the Town welcomes approximately 500,000 visitors each year. Timely completion of this work is critical to ensuring safe and clearly marked roadways and pedestrian areas for residents, visitors, and motorists. All line painting work is to be completed by June 15 of each year and must include all markings and items identified in Schedule A of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The successful proponent will be required to enter into a Master Servicing Agreement for a three (3)-year term, commencing in the 2026 fiscal year and ending in the 2028 fiscal year. All markings must be completed in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Canada. Proponents with questions regarding this RFP must submit inquiries through the Bids & Tenders question forum. Questions submitted by email, fax, or telephone will not be answered, in accordance with Sections 1.2.5 and 2.2.2 of this RFP. Submissions will only be accepted through Bids&Tenders submission portal.
