Town of Moriah Sewer District #1 Collection System Upgrades

Reale Construction Company Inc is inviting proposals from NYS certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontractors and suppliers for the Phase 1A sewer district #1 collection system upgrades in Moriah, Essex County, New York. The project, scheduled for bidding on November 6, 2024, involves extensive sewer infrastructure work, including the open-cut installation of approximately 5,300 linear feet of 8-inch SDR35 PVC and 850 linear feet of 8-inch C900 PVC gravity sewer piping, along with the installation of around 32 precast concrete manholes of various sizes. It also encompasses the rehabilitation of roughly 500 feet of existing 6-inch sewer piping using cured-in-place piping, and the replacement of about 75 sewer laterals to property lines with new cleanouts.
