Specifications and bid forms must be obtained online through OpenGov Procurement via newmilford.org/purchasing. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. There is $529,200.00 in state-funding for this project. State law requires project-specific goals be set for this project based on the project’s needs and available Small Business Enterprises (“SBEs”) and Minority Business Enterprises (“MBEs”).
