INTRODUCTION: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is seeking proposals from Town qualified Genetec-certified and Cambium Networks vendors through ITN No. 2026-009, to provide installation and configuration services for the replacement of security cameras at below locations: (please see detailed scope for both LOT A & B)
LOT A- The intersections of Royal Palm Way & South County Road, Royal Palm Way & Cocoanut Row, Palm Beach Recreation Parking Lot (26°42'22.71"N 80°02'19.25"W) , and Royal Palm Way & South Lake Trail (26°42'21.76"N 80°02'35.88"W).
LOT B- The intersections of Royal Poinciana Way & Bradley Place, and Royal Poinciana Way & County Road.
All terms and conditions, including Town Forms, from TN No. 2026‑009 are applicable. The awarded vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, man-lifts, necessary to complete the project as described in SOW. AWARD: Intent is to award per each location, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s), whose bid(s) meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the close of the bid.
