This is a request by the Town of Strathmore (Town) Infrastructure Department to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the 2026 capital projects. More specifically, the Town is accepting Tenders for the following surface works capital projects for the 2026 year: 1. Concrete and Asphalt Pathway connection installations. 2. Concrete Sidewalk replacements installations. 3. Full road reconstruction along Westlake Road from entrance of Public Works yard to Wheatland Trail (Hwy #817) and edge mill and inlay (approx. 310 m along Westchester Rd north and south of Westlake Rd intersection. The purpose of this Tender for Services is to invite members of the private sector in a fair, and equitable process. These projects and warranty will need to have a seamless integration plan to minimize construction disturbances for the public, and area residents.
