Requirement: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) has a requirement to purchase GENTEX proprietary software upgrade kit and modified radio interface cards that are also proprietary to GENTEX Corporation. GENTEX Corp. is the only known source that can provide modifications to GENTEX proprietary software and radio interface cards. The USCG intends to negotiate a contract on a sole-source basis with GENTEX Corporation. Submission of Information: Interested parties that feel they are capable of are meeting the USCG requirement stated above are encouraged to submit a response which supports the company's claim.
