TPWD RFP Manufactured Home - San Angelo State Park

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is soliciting a single 2025 or newer model manufactured home for delivery and full installation at San Angelo State Park in San Angelo, Texas, as a turnkey purchase that includes delivery, setup, utility connections for electrical, water, and wastewater systems, and all associated structures such as porches, ramps, stairs, and a carport. The home must be a double-wide unit measuring approximately 28 feet wide by 60 feet long with a living area between 1,700 and 2,000 square feet, featuring a minimum of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and designated spaces for a living area, dining area, kitchen, and laundry/utility room. All components must comply with HUD Code standards, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Wind Zone II requirements, and ADA accessibility guidelines, including specific upgrades such as R-15 wall, R-22 floor, and R-30 ceiling insulation, 36-inch fiberglass exterior and interior doors, 42-inch hallways, and vinyl flooring throughout in place of carpet.
