This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is issued by VIA Rail Canada Inc. (“VIA”) to establish contracts with qualified Contractors for the execution of railway track programs across VIA’s subdivisions, maintenance centers and a selection of VIA stations, as further described in the Scope of Work. VIA intends to award contracts on a regional rail territory basis, identifying one preferred supplier per territory, with one or two additional suppliers as alternatives, as applicable.
