The project is valued between $50,000 and $150,000 and is managed by the City’s Traffic Engineering Division, with Ann Baker serving as the primary contact. This solicitation is part of the City’s broader procurement activities, which include various projects such as recycling processing services, construction of roadway and drainage improvements, and specialized equipment procurement. The related documents indicate a structured process for proposal submission, detailed technical specifications, and strict adherence to procurement policies. The overarching goal is to ensure competitive bidding for essential public safety infrastructure, with clear guidelines on bid submission, evaluation, and contract award procedures, all aimed at fostering transparency and efficiency in municipal procurement operations.
