Traffic Signal and Street Light Maintenance, Repair, and Modification

Scope: The City of Sacramento (City) requires transportation infrastructure (signals and street lights) to function properly and be maintained in good state of repair to provide effective traffic operations and safety for the public. The existing facilities represent a considerable public investment. To maintain the safe operation of these assets, the City desires to retain multiple on-call electrical and traffic signal contracting firms that can provide - services to support the operation and maintenance of transportation infrastructure that has been interrupted and requires repair or modification. Therefore, the City is seeking professional specialists who are qualified and experienced to respond to support the City’s safety and operational goals.
Notes: The type of parts that may need to be repaired or replaced will vary. Each task order will address whether the City will supply the parts or if the Contractor is to purchase the parts. It is the City’s intent to furnish the parts whenever they are available from the City’s spare parts supply.
