The project is generally described as: Installations of Traffic Signal at Melissa Rd and US75; and at Melissa Rd (FM545) and Greer Way, for the City of Melissa, Texas as shown in plans prepared by WSB, LLC. Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents for this project will be made available on CIVCAST for download. Planholders receiving bidding documents will be recorded, and only bids from recorded planholders will be eligible for award. Bids will be accepted at the office of the City Secretary of the City of Melissa, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, Texas 75454 UNTIL January 14, 2025 at 3:00pm. Bids shall be identified on the outside of the envelope with the following: Bids for TRAFFIC SIGNALS–Melissa Rd and US75; and at Melissa Rd (FM545) and Greer Way, City of Melissa, Texas.Bids received after bid closing will be returned unopened. All bids received prior to the closing of the bid period will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Melissa City Hall, 3411 Barker Avenue, Melissa, Texas 75454 beginning at 3:02 PM on January 14, 2025. Following bid opening, tabulation will be made for consideration of the City of Melissa in awarding a contract.
