This Pre-Solicitation notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is NOT a request for proposal. This is not a Solicitation/Requests for Quote (RFQ). This notice is for an upcoming requirement for Traffic Systems Maintenance and Repairs service contract at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA 18466. Please see attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). NOTE: All information contained in this posting is subject to minor revisions.
The purpose of this Pre-Solicitation notice is to inform industry that a single site visit will be conducted. Security Requirements: Interest contractor's personnel attending the site visit must have a complete background check prior to the scheduled site visit and prior to start of any work to be prerformed. Contractor personnel must maintain the level of securtiy required for the life of the contract. ELTY Form 648-C Request for Access to Tobyhanna Army Depot must be filled out and and submitted to Michele Dooley, Purchasing Agent, michele.a.dooley.civ@army.mil no later than 4:00 p.m. EDT on July 3, 2026.
