1. DISCLAIMER
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued solely for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.

This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. 2. BACKGROUND & REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION
The 7th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a Mobile Fuel Bowser. The Government is seeking to determine if there are sources capable of satisfying this requirement, including small businesses, before determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation.

The Mobile Fuel Bowser must meet the following minimum salient characteristics:
