The contract pertains to the procurement of five trailing edge aircraft components identified by NSN 1560-01-039-9157, to be manufactured via a metal casting process requiring specialized tooling. Technical and quality requirements are defined by DLA’s Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, referenced by R or I numbers, with the applicable revision determined by the solicitation or award date depending on acquisition size. Compliance with DLA packaging, configuration change management, and non-tailored quality standards based on SAE AS9100 is mandated. The contractor must adhere to stringent dimensional accuracy specifications when converting digital Mylar data to stable base film, ensuring all measurements—vertical, horizontal, diagonal, and grid-based—fall within strict tolerances of ±0.005 inches and ±0.007 inches diagonally, with total grid tolerance not exceeding ±0.010 inches and ±0.014 inches diagonally. Dimensional verification must also apply to tramme l points and registration marks. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified, and attributes are assigned verification levels based on criticality. Export-controlled technical data subject to ITAR or EAR is involved, requiring adherence to DFARS 252.225-7048 and limiting access to contractors with approved JCP certification, completed DOD export control training, and DLA authorization. The contractor is responsible for costs associated with converting digital data to physical formats and ensuring compliance with all documentation, inspection, identification, and measuring equipment standards outlined in referenced requirements. Delivery is due in 846 days from award, with performance located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
