DND requires the contractor to provide facilities, equipment and personnel in Canada or the USA to support a combination of the following key categories to facilitate and enable its collective training events: Category 1: Land Exercise Effects Category 2: Specialized facilities, platforms, and equipment Category 3: Aviation Exercise Effects Category 7: Subject matter experts Subcategory -7.9 Role Players and Human Intelligence This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement W6399-21J415. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement. Bids must be submitted only to the Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Bid Receiving Unit specified below by the date and time indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation: PWGSC Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit
1) To submit a bid using CPC Connect service, the Bidder must send an email requesting to open a CPC Connect conversation to the following address: TPSGC.orreceptiondessoumissions-orbidreceiving.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca
Note: Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. This email address is to be used to open a CPC Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003, or to send bids through a CPC Connect message if the bidder is using its own licensing agreement for the CPC Connect service.
It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure the request for opening a CPC Connect conversation is sent to the email address above at least six days before the solicitation closing date.
