This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. 


(A) The solicitation number is 70Z08426QDL940024 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). USCG LOG-94 requires: Training Vessels for USCG Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT) West for training essential to operations per scope of work (SOW). The contract period of performance is 09/08/2026 – 09/09/2026


(B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.


(C) The associated NAICS code is 488390 Other Support Activities for Water Transportation. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is V129 Transportation/Travel/Relocation—Transportation: Other. The procurement type will be a firm-fixed price.

Offerors may complete this online at SAM: www.sam.gov. An offeror must state in their offer if they completed FAR 52.212-3 with Alternate I online and that is it up-to-date and valid.
