The purpose of this modification is to provide a two-year ordering period and period of performance extension; and increase the Total Estimated Cost (TEC) of the Transforming Market Systems (TMS) single award IDIQ Contract No. 72052218D00001, implemented by ACDI/VOCA. With this extension the new ordering period would end on June 30, 2025. The IDIQ's period of performance for any Task Order will also be extended from to June 30, 2027. The extension would increase the IDIQ's TEC by $40 million to $89,496,986.
