Title: Translation, unilingual or comparative revision and translation updatingSolicitation Number: 5000068561GSIN: R109DSummaryEnvironment and Climate Change Canada is seeking to obtain translation (English to French and French to English), unilingual or comparative revision and translation updating services to meet the current and growing needs of Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Communications Directorate.Basis of Selection - Lowest Evaluated Price.A maximum of two (2) contracts will be awarded.The period of the contract is from April 1st, 2023, to March 31, 2024, inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.SecurityThere is a security requirement associated with this solicitation at the Reliability level.Integrity ProvisionsBidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 Integrity Provisions of Standard Instructions 2003.Service RequirementsFor services requirements, bidders in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.Trade AgreementsThe requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).Social ProcurementEnvironment and Climate Change Canada supports the Government of Canada’s social and economic objectives, including increasing the participation of businesses from under-represented groups in government procurement opportunities.
